OMG.. the rate im dropping i may need a new name for all the medals.. he he .. kat if im dropping to fast. let me know and I can change it to like every 4 lbs for me?? oh and ladies.. the only thing different i do now is Ive added a protein shake in the am.. about 30 grams.. and added sugar free syrups like the ones in the coffee aisle.. and they are falling off!!

You will be down to goal in no time at all.
So what do we need to do to earn workout reward? Because after Christmas I'm rocking this upstairs with some serious stomping (or trying not to stomp) workouts.
