I'm on a roll. This is the only time that I have ever kept up with a workout program in a long time. I've met my goal again of at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes. In fact I've went for no less than 45 minutes a day so far. I love the fact that there are still 3 more days this week (Sunday - Saturday) in order to fit some more fun times in. Thanks Kat for this forum. It is keeping me motivated!!
