DDR = 75 mins
H20 = minimum of 80 ounces a day
Food = Count everyday ... 1400 - 1600 cals a day (no more nor no less)

Food (more importantly SUGAR) has become a real issue - I'd given myself some slack over Thanksgiving and before I knew it, it was New Years and I was still eating loads and loads of it. Heck, as early as last week I used the 'excuse' of AF to totally binge on Peanut Butter Cups for 2 whole days!
If I don't get control back I'll be right where I started 18 mths ago and that's definitely NOT an option - I've worked way too hard and have come so far and I refuse to let this get me again! (*saying this to myself over & over*)

Sorry, I didn't mean to ramble on, I just needed to say this aloud so that I can wailer in my own disgust at what I'm doing to myself.

Just remember there is no Peanut Butter Cup on this planet that taste as great as slipping into a pair of size 8 Jeans. (I try to convince myself of that anyway).

I too have a lot of problem leaving the sugar alone.

I love that. I'm going to put that in my signature line.

You'll be surprised what size you can fit into. I thought I would never make it below a 12. Ever!, now I'm a 10 and can fit into some 8's. My goal is to fit into all 8's which is why I'm DDR'ing. (Besided just doing it because it is a lot of fun). You'll get there, but just take your time. No big hurry as long as the scale continues to go down and you are working at it.

I can't take full credit for the quote. Its kind of a play on what my weight watcher instructor has allways said. Nothing tastes as good as thin feels. This is usually true, except for that once a month chocolate thing, then I might differ in opinion.
